Contact form: Users contacting us through this website do so at their own discretion and provide their personal details at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until it is no longer required or has no further use.
Membership forms: Data collected via our membership forms will be stored securely while we process your application. Your personal information will be used only for this purpose, and it will be deleted after the application process is completed (unless you become a member).
Any data we collect and/or process is done under the GDPR lawful basis ‘Contract’, i.e. to provide you with details about our website and artist group. Your data is held securely.
