Contact form/data privacy
Contact form: Users contacting us through this website do so at their own discretion and provide their personal details at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until it is no longer required or has no further use.
Membership forms: Data collected via our membership forms will be stored securely while we process your application. We collect only the essential data we need to process your application. Your application information will be used only for this purpose, and it will be deleted after the application process is completed. If you become a member, we will retain only your name, address, mobile number and contact email, and this data will be accessible only by a limited number of committee members.
Any data we collect and/or process is done under the GDPR lawful basis ‘Contract’, i.e. to provide you with details about our website and artist group. Your data is held securely and is only accessible by a limited number of members of the committee. We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists. We do not share your information with third parties. We will notify you promptly of any breach of your personal data which might expose you to serious risk.
